This is not a brag post.

My primary home is NW of Orlando and I own a small home on St Augustine Beach. Both are directly in this storm’s path.

What are the freaking odds of that?

I’m convinced some people would try to kayak into the eyewall of a bombed out Cat. 5 if they thought it could get them clout on Instagram and TikTok.

I had to turn it off, headed to a meeting. It’ll be dark by the time I get back so I’ll have to get any good stuff from here

Been a Floridian since 1972.

I bought my beach house in 2009 when the prices tanked. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity. It’s gone up in value over 1/2 million since I bought it.
