In this tournament there are rumors that he was told what strategies magnus was working on in his preparations, so he knew what to study.

I kinda don't consider this cheating, to be honest.
The issue comes was that he basically had a spy leaking him prep from Magnus's camp, guess similar to the Patriots Spygate incident. Not sure it's cheating per se, but probably unethical.
The moves he made in the match though 100% prove he was cheating. Hitting absolute top computer moves instantly 20+ moves in then not being able to explain why he did it in post-match interviews was solid proof of it.

Is it cheating on my wife if I wear vibrating anal beads at work?

can someone explain in football
2019 LSU football team losing to whatever team was ranked say around 15 that year. Arguably tGOAT losing to someone who is really good, but not nearly in the conversation for being the best.
Not that Magnus is unbeatable, but to crush him with black pieces (slight disadvantage) the way Hans did after Magnus used such a wild opening is super suspect.

This reminds me of the scandal that was uncovered in the bridge (card game) community..
I never knew it was big in Europe, but this one is interesting as well..

Magnus did some moves that he had never done before and Hans claimed to have studied for that exact strategy.
Damn, thought only football teams watched tape on their opponent.

vibrating “anal beads”
This would require that there be an even smarter and more accomplished chess grand master somewhere watching the game and pressing the anal buzzer.
Sounds a bit much to me. The anal buzzer dude, if he is that good, would probably prefer to be sitting at the table himself.

My guess is that there are two sets of vibrations...one for the file and one for the rank...if someone wants him to move a piece to H8, it would vibrate in his arse 8 times, pause, and then another 8 times...
Maybe a good thing there's no Z-26 move or the fricker may have shot a load in his pants....

Or, and hear me out on this, the person was using a computer engine.

especially in a big tournament like the Sinquefield Cup where they use anti-electronics measures. They took a lot of extra time to wand Hans before his next match which along with Magnus
ok because i was wondering... why couldnt he just put a vibrator in his sock? did he already have the anal beads?

Hans is an admitted cheater.
Magnus has lost plenty of games and never accused anyone before this.
Something is going on.
the fact that Hans has been caught and admitted cheating on Chess.com in the past, and Magnus is Magnus is the only reason this story got off the launch pad
Nobody has conceived of a viable mechanism for how Hans could have cheated in the tournament. The most possible idea was Magnus had opening prep leaked to Hans, but why would you leak prep when Hans is playing with the black pieces; and why do it at all?

some dude that doesn't even play chess running Stockfish 15 and pressing the buzzer is all you need.
But, I'm fairly certain these players walk through metal detectors before they play; so how did he get the buzzer in?

It definitely wasn't a Marshall or App State win. Hans is extremely capable. It isn't that Hans won it is how Hans beat Magnus. OTB, classical with black, and his moves were...odd.
If he hadn't already been caught using an engine to cheat I might be more skeptical.
it didn't help that Hans gave a post-match analysis that, to quote GM Hikaru, was "not 2700 analysis". He kept saying certain positions were losing for white when the engine completely disagreed with his assessment.
He since had a second interview that came across much better, but his initial interview combined with his history of cheating and the weirdness surrounding the game... it's easy to see how people raised an eyebrow.
