There's a company who has developed a test they say can be used to determine if someone is high in the moment very similar to a breathalyzer test. Last I heard a local law enforcement agency somewhere was helping them test it in the field.

If you don’t think Phillip-Morris and their massive land holdings aren’t already ahead of this, you are not very bright. They have already said they are scaling back on the cigarette industry. I wonder what they are doing with all their tobacco fields?? Especially considering NC is in the process of legalizing it....

At the very least, they could remove it from the schedule 1 narcotics list. As it is, weed is legally considered to be a more "serious" drug than meth.
