I probably would occasionally if I didn't have the possibility of losing my job over it.

Same here. I used to, but it’s definitely not worth losing my job for.

Lol. If our representative represented us and not corporations, it would already be legal.

Fair enough. As long as it’s legal.

I am all for legalizing it. It is complete bullshite that it isn't already legalized. Why is alcohol legal and marijuana isn't? Tobacco products are legal.. Marijuana illegal. They should go ahead a legalize prostitution as well.. It's something that will always be around, might as well make it legal and generate tax dollars from that to go towards whatever needs more state funding.

I'm not a fan of the whole tax argument. Our government takes enough of our money already. I should be able to grow it my backyard if I want to.

Well it’s only bc the government will never just do what’s right. Have to make it a sin tax to get it legalized.

If you really wanted to get rid of violent drug cartels you'd make them compete with WalMart's low, low prices and quality customer service.
Posted on 1/9/19 at 8:46 pm to shinerfan
Does Walmart have better customer service than the cartel?

Well, I look at it like at it as something that can be taxed that would help prevent them needing to raise taxes.

It should just be legal. Why are they going to regulate it and tax it? That's looser than now but it is still government overstepping its bounds.

They hardly use the machete at all.

is there a time test for this yet?
how do you determine liability if someone does something stupid while high that gets someone else hurt?
I'm not against the legalization argument, but I do think some things still have to happen in the protection/detection areas, and if these lobbyist REALLY care about responsible use then they would be putting money into solving that barrier.

Unfortunately I agree. They aren't looking out for our best interests. Republicans or Democrats. Just more power and money.
They should take the position that it's really dumb that they've put people in prison over a plant that is less harmful than other legal activities. Let's right a wrong of the past. But they won't.
I'm also not a fan of it being done federally. This is clearly a state's right that somehow we've surrendered to the feds.

I am dying trying not to laugh at this dumb shite in front of my wife so I don’t have to explain what I’m laughing at

I'm not sure tbh. I know it can show up in urine/blood for weeks.
