If they can engineer well enough to catch a ferring with a boat, pretty sure they can engineer around a hurricane. It’s a matter of money.

We know how to build things on a coastal marsh that can withstand hurricanes and flooding. The problem is its very expensive, SpaceX has no problem spending the money to make it happen.

It's called engineering. Plain and simple
These guys are building the most complex machinery in history.
I think they'll figure out a way to make it impervious to whatever a hurricane could throw at it.

Not a reach considering the politicians' best idea for restoration and hurricane protection is to put a rock barrier from border to border.

If a house can be built (and it can) to withstand hurricsnes certainly an industrial complex can be built to withstand same.
