See the Venezuela and Guyana dispute
I do agree with you overall, but these 2 situations are vastly different. Benin wants Niger to open its border to trade. Meanwhile, Benin is Niger's only path to get their oil to the market. Benin holds most of the cards in that situation. Ve...

re: In the market for a house...

The state of the market really does suck. We sold our last house almost 2 years ago, and had been renting ever since. We just bought a house in February that we thought was actually worth asking price. Even then it was mostly luck and circumstance. The price of building right now is even worse. ...
Wow, that's awesome. Great protection for your family....
Anything Downtown would be really convenient. Laura's II and Johnson's are great places off of University close to Downtown....
In my experience metal roofs require caulk on all penetrations. Which would be plumbing vents, gas vents, and ventilation. I'm interested because I want to put a metal roof on my camp, but don't like the idea of caulking a roof....

Well the only thing I know of where you can be "absent" from work and not be fired is going to rehab. So that's my guess, and if I'm right good luck to her....

Yes, I can prove I paid around 15k as my 1040 said I should. These supposed back taxes are news to me....
I received this notice saying I owe $5K from the 2020 tax year. The reason stated is that they relaxed the notifications during the pandemic. However, I have filed and paid as directed for the last 15 years with the same CPA. Has anybody had to deal with this? How should I go about fighting it? I...

Can someone please fill me in on who the running camel at 21 is?...
It's pretty ridiculous, $5 for a little tray of fries or a bag of popcorn. That being said, this is not new. Eat before or after the game if your worried about getting your moneys worth....
Damn some of y'all are hard to please. Its not a terrible idea, and in this day and age it's probably the only way something decent gets built. LSU can't and won't spend the money necessary to build a top flight arena. It has to be used to make money more than 60 days a year hosting games for progra...
In my experience almost any anchor will work on oyster reefs as long as you have a good length of chain attached. I use at least the length of the boat in chain. Its crucial to keeping the proper angle on the anchor. You want it pulling parallel to the sea floor as much as possible. ...
