Team speed is the most important thing. The spread thrives on getting players isolated in space with at most one defender, and letting superior athleticism shine. If you have fast linebackers and safeties who can provide help over the top, then you reduce the risk of getting burned by one isolated defender being beat.
Having great solo tacklers is also a must.
And, of course, the better your defensive line, the better everything else will go.

Obviously the measures we have taken have slowed down the flu virus this year. Unfortunately the same measures haven’t worked as well on the COVID virus because it is more virulent.

Why do you want to to slow it? only thing slowing it does is completely crush the economy.
