Should a covid positive person have the right to go out and spread their germs wherever they want?

Or they are forced to wear a covid hat or maybe a sign around their neck and/or their house has a big C on it

In no way should anyone be forcibly quarantined due to COVID.

The government regulates smoking cigarettes, driving under the influence, drive under speed limit, and heck,,, even wear a seatbelt which hurts no one else but yourself if you don’t....
