Every day. I tell my wife , my daughter, my son and my grandkids. I’m 60 and have had health problems the last couple years. The last thing I want them to remember is I told them “ I love you “

Leave the house and end calls saying it, go to bed saying it. Kind of sporadic otherwise.
Best feeling in the world is when your daughter is just hanging out on a lazy day and she says "Hey dad"... You think she's about to ask for a snack or water or something and she just says "Love you".

Sometimes as a kid. More from my Dad than my Mom, oddly enough.
Everytime I FaceTime with my daughter, grandson, and son-in-law, which is virtually daily. And when we visit them.
Everyday with my wife and son (still lives at home).

Constantly... even as an adult.. and while it's better than never hearing 'I love you', most of the time it is just said by rote, almost like 'goodbye'.. and ive learned to judge people (even family members) by their actions, more than by their sometimes hollow words .

Some growing up
A lot now between my kids and I. They’re looser with it than when I grew up

I tell my kids I love them a whole heck of a lot.
My wife and I say it to each other every day as well.

Never when I was growing up. My wife and I say it to each other at least once every day...

Very rarely when I was younger, much more once we were adults.

My six year old daughter does this at least once or twice a night, and I absolutely love it.
I tell my daughter I love her constantly. I tell me mom and dad I love them every time I'm leaving their place or getting off the phone with them.
Growing up, my parents would say it to me every night before bed.
