But some states lag. Florida, Illinois, Louisiana and West Virginia, for example, all remain below the 50% reporting mark, which means less than half of the police departments in their states submitted 2022 crime data to the FBI

FBI changed the reporting system and Louisiana just doesn’t report anymore

Well, the police don't even show up for property crime, so I guess overall crime is down if nobody is there to file a report on it. Some people, especially illegals, don't even call the police anymore to report a crime.

Lol stupid much you are. So cal messican gangs teamed up with the white gangs to go at the blacks. you tried tho

Not exactly, the Hispanic gangs, "Southerners" who fall under the Mexican Mafia tutelage was at one point giving "on site" instructions to its SOCAL street gangs.

There is no question the Southern Mexicans and Whites are allies so much as the money isnt an issue. Whites dont have massive street level gangs so in a lot of SOCAL instances you have whites in Hispanic gangs until its time for prison then they must separate.

Its pretty clear cut stuff.

Does it have anything to do with the fact that the Louisiana State Police is now babysitting New Orleans, and the State Attorney General is now prosecuting the crimes the LSP charges instead of relying on NOPD & Jason Williams?

Nah. Super Bowl is coming. Not being reported. You have to be on local forums to see what’s really happening. Not long ago there was a string of burglaries in certain areas that restaurant workers were discussing, with a list of restaurants affected. Media never mentioned. It was around that time the woman was murdered late night/early morning in FQ after getting off work.

Part of what she’s doing is bringing accountability back. Cops used to run side gigs, fudge their time sheets, lie about their locations, and generally do what they wanted but she has implemented accountability.

She also works well with state police who are doing the ground work to shake down the criminals in ways the city cops can’t. She isn’t playing politics with it.

If this is all true, this makes me truly happy.

The piece of shite that I am, I judged her long ago for being weak.

I was wrong apparently. Kudos to her for getting this back on track.

I do not believe that at all.

A city doesn’t just stop having murders like that. Not by 50%

I could see a realistic number like 8% but 50 automatically makes me think that’s false
