I get it -- some breeds are certainly more capable of causing severe injury and/or death than other breeds, and a American Staffordshire Terrier is certainly one of those. Same can be said for many others, including a Doberman, German Shepherd, Belgium Malinois, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, etc.

Unfortunately many of these breeds that can cause severe injury are in the hands of people who have no business owning these types of breeds, much less a Yorkie.

I have two of the breeds mentioned above. But I work with them daily. I also keep them fenced in. And when we go for walks, they are on a leash. I also have the ability to recall them too, in the event that an emergency happens. Neither have ever shown any type of aggressive behavior, but I attribute that to proper socialization, stimulation, training, and boundaries that I have provided for them. Sadly, many people don't -- and behaviorial issues can occur, which includes aggressive behavior.
