In my 26th year. 6 weeks plus holidays, sick leave, etc. About 20 weeks banked but that’s the max I can bank.

I’m no little bitch like my fellow millennial compadres who expect 6 weeks PTO on day 1
You sure showed them!

2 weeks use it or lose it no sick days

6 weeks plus maybe another 6-8 days for various holidays. Used to be unlimited sick days. Not sure if that's still the case but I still don't record anything for those.

6 weeks a year and I don’t bank shite. I take every day I can.

5 weeks with 40hr carryover and 80hrs sick/personal leave. I'll get a 6th week in a year. I appreciate it, but I never use all that time.

I get 4 days per year + Christmas day

Unlimited. Sounds good. Isn't good. Would rather have set time that gets banked.
It sucks when you decide to leave but my firm is based out of Cali and when they say unlimited they mean it. I have been in multiple month end meetings talking numbers and the partners keep saying "we aren't using enough PTO"

None. I don't vacation at work.

I'm in the first year of my job, and I'm getting 12 vacation days this year (plus 12 sick days and 12 paid holidays). Will have to look to see how much that increases in later years. They started accruing as soon as I started. Only other job I ever had that had paid vacation time you had to be there a year before you got any.

Self-employed, so as many as I want.
Although, realistically, I work during vacations.

I don't understand you people who can't find time to take your PTO.
It's easy to take 15-20 days if you want to.

Do you get to sell that on retirement or are you retiring 'early'? My dad had a deal like that working for the State for 40+ years.

I get 3.5 months off a year
Granted, I'm not paid for it, but I can go or do whatever the frick I want.

10+ hours every two weeks (so over 6 weeks) Sitting at about 450 balance, can carry almost 500 hours before you start losing it.
They've bought it back a few times over the years. Which is nice too.

I think I get 23 days per year on top of the normal Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, etc. Can bank up to 27 days and roll over from year to year.

Used to be 4 weeks but since Covid they cut it to 2 weeks. I negotiated that by changing my schedule to 4 days instead of 5 days a week. So technically I’m off more days, but still working 40 hours a week.

28 years with company, 6 weeks per year and 800+ hours banked, have to take the 6 weeks every year since bank maxxed out. Pension also. Why I'm still there despite other offers.
