I did this split for a while and really enjoyed the periodization aspect. Kept my workouts from feeling repetitive

Monday: Upper body, Strength/Power Based
Tuesday: Lower Body, Strength/Power Based
Wednesday: Push (Chest, Tris, Font/Side delts) Hypertrophy
Thursday: Pull (Back, Bis, Rear Delts) Hypertrophy
Friday: Legs Hypertrophy

That offense would be dominant though

QB Burrow
RB CMC
WR Kupp
WR Thielen
WR Renfro in the slot
TE Kelce/Kittle/LaPorta
OL Don’t even need to specify

Front seven on defense would be dominant aw well. Just wouldn’t have no damn DBs

Doesn’t work like that. Your doctor doesn’t know wtf he is talking about. And if you are on trt, you should be for life. It’s not a cycle on cycle off treatment. It’s not a steroid cycle. You are replacing your own production because your production doesn’t work well

Enclomiphene is becoming more and more popular for an alternative to HCG.

Clomid has two agents zuclomiphene and enclomiphene. They found that taking enclomiphene separate from zuclomiphene while on HRT keeps natural LH production, which helps to prevent testicular atrophy and permanent leydig cell damage.

Most think HCG is still the better of the two but it has been banned from compounding pharmacies due to patents, so the price has gone way up
My heritage comes from French on my moms side and Croatian on my dads side. My last name is slavic (ends in ic) so I’ve always been asked if I was Croatian.

Turns out I’m about 44% French/German, 30% British/Irish, 20% Croatian and a bunch of random shite like Scandinavian, Native American, subsaharan African, and Mongolian making up the last 6%

tenderness and pain at the top of my right shoulder and it got progressively worse throughout the week. It’s to the point now where even benching the bar causes discomfort.

Had this exact issue a couple of years ago. I’m back to about 99% still have a little pain doing overhead work around the house or in awkward positions but no pain in the gym.

Mine got pretty bad, it was accompanied but bicep tendinitis in my shoulder joint. Doc said surgery was an option to open up the space between the ac joint but didn’t recommend it. Glad I passed on the surgery and worked through it.

I lost a lot of my bench strength, went from 365 max down to 225. I’m back to 345 after two years.

I think what helped me the most was really focusing on tucking my elbows closer to my side during pressing motions and changed my touch point of the bar, during bench press, from nipple area to lower sternum. Also, for some reason I found that lifting explosively instead of slow and controlled gave me less pain during pressing motions. I can’t explain it and it seems counterintuitive but it sure worked.

Limit your pressing motions down to the bare necessities until the pain goes away. Try to shift that focus to building your mid-lower taps, rear delts and teres muscles

To answer your question, the schools are fantastic.

For comparison, Gulf Shores absolutely blows Belle Chasse out of the water and BC is considered one of the better public schools in the area.

I always felt my teachers at GS actually wanted what was best for their students vs BC they were just collecting a check.

The athletics in Baldwin county are great too. Great facilities and they pay their coaches well.

Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Gulf Shores annd now Orange Beach are A++ tier for public schools. Foley and Robertsdale probably B+ then you have some lower population areas with low income that aren’t the best.

In the past Orange beach had their own elementary school but went to Gulf Shores middle and high after that. They recently built a brand new middle/high school so they could break off and do their own thing.
I grew up in Gulf Shores and couldn’t ask for a better childhood. My parents wanted to move back to LA for family reasons when I was a sophomore in HS so we moved to Belle Chasse. Complete hell hole compared to what I was used to but I adapted.

I would love to retire around Daphne, Fairhope or Spanish Fort. Fingers crossed that the area doesn’t get overrun and ruined. To me the bay side of Baldwin county is truly gods country.

The area just has that southern charm with a classy feel. People are humble and genuine, good restaurants all around, great schools, good fishing and only 40 mins from the beach.

I think you’re confused. You have to drop your best item, then press alt+f4. It causes some glitch that doubles your item when you pick it back up

Annuity Rollover to Roth IRA

Posted by ThreauxDown on 4/5/23 at 10:12 am

I’m vested with my current employers annuity benefit (value around 50-70k) but may be jumping ship.

New company has no annuity. I know there is a way to roll it over into a traditional IRA but I want it to eventually be a Roth IRA.

So if I roll over to a traditional then convert to Roth will taxes be taken out of the rollover or will I need to pay the taxes when I go to file?

Also is there a maximum amount when it comes to rolling over into a traditional or converting to a Roth?
Yes this answers my question. I’m just trying to make sure that from a money standpoint, I’m not taking a huge hit that I may regret later down the line
Yep match vests immediately. Current company annuity vested at 5 years so I should have around 50-60k that’s mine currently in the annuity.

Maxing 401k overall, I’m contributing 20% where I am now I plan to at the other company as well

Not government work. O&G operations
So, I’m looking at jumping to a position with different company. Same job but much better environment/atmosphere better opportunities for advancement etc.

Pay will be slightly better ($5 an hour more) but I’ll be giving up 2% 401k match and new company has no annuity/pension benefit.

My current employer offers 8% match and annuity formula below.

11% of highest 5 year average X years of service before age 60. 32 years of service at age 55 would put me at around $420k

If I make the jump the idea is to apply the extra earnings to maxing out a Roth IRA for the next 28 years along with maxing 401k every year. How would this compare to the annuity at retirement age

Red flag. This just means you like drama and are more likely to create it
I worked 400 hours of overtime last year, about 33 shifts. I pulled close to 170k with bonus

There’s plenty of guys working 1000+ hours per year. Not my cup of tea but I know for a fact some are making over 200k
I’m an operator at a major on the chemical side and have a couple coworkers that have been going through their hiring process.

What I’ve heard as of now is no pension/annuity, 6% Match, company pays 100% health insurance, $1000 a year towards cell phone, outside/field operators top out at $52, DCS/Board $58ish.

Starting pay and vacation time is dictated by experience. 5 years relevant operator experience can get you started at $50 and 130-160hrs.

Operators are going through 5 weeks of onboarding and some classroom training at Nunez. And will eventually be shadowing operators at their sister facility in Cameron 7-7 schedule to learn the process further.

13-1 schedule during commissioning has been thrown around but it sounds like that is going to be more of 7-7 with as much overtime as you want or can handle. Supervisors will be able to give you days off if you need them.
Blantons, I’m surprised this hasn’t been mentioned yet

Recs for Park City, UT

Planning a trip for January. Will likely be out there 4 or 5 days and plan on skiing for 2 days.

We don’t plan on getting a rental, just going to Uber around as needed. We’re looking for an Airbnb on Main Street to keep it somewhat walkable.

Would like to hear some recommendations wether it’s bars/restaurants, shopping or even slope stuff. TIA

Receive: Fournette

Send: Jeff Wilson and Hollywood

Other RBs: Ekeler, Javonte Williams, Dameon Pierce

Other WRs: Tyreek, Arob, Burks, DJ Moore, Hopkins
Burks

Dude is solid and will be an after thought for the defense

Remember even Corey Davis looked like a beast with Defenses hyper focused on Henry

Olave may come out the gates fast but Burks all day at the back end of the season

2nd ETN and CEH

I like Davis but it’s a wait and see for me. I’d go with the higher floor of the two RBs
