18 days, use it or lose it. I also get 7 sick days, 12 weeks paid paternal leave if I have a baby or adopt one, 3 days paid leave if I adopt a dog or cat, 1 day of leave if my pet dies, 4 hours of paid leave to vote, 4 hours of paid leave to participate in kids’ school activities, and I also got paid for the two weeks I was unable to work after hurricane Ida without touching PTO.

7 weeks per year and I get 3 days a week off but I work 4 12 hr shifts a week. so I actually work less than 6 months a year.
35 days PTO + 2 holidays for 296 hrs total (444 if you use 12 hrs a day for work time)
156 days off
Total 191 days off and work 174 days

I am on vacation and reflecting on how fortunate I am to get 5 weeks per year and that many banked as well.
It’s ironic that people earn more vacation weeks the longer they stay with a company, but it’s when kids are young you need more time off, and less so when you’re older. At least that’s how it’s been for me.

Is this in Louisiana?
No, I work remotely from Louisiana but it’s a company based in NYC.

3 weeks and it rolls over. Can buy up to an extra week each year to use in that calendar year.

none; but i can make as much (or more) as i made at my last job in half the amount of time, and i only got about 4 weeks off/year total there. usually only took 2.5-3.

I get 32 days per year (256 hours). We're allowed to carry over 10 days and cash out 5 days per year. Also, get 11 paid holidays too.

I have been at my current company for 25 yrs now. I get 34 days a year. WE can carry over 20 days, which I accumulated very early on, so basically I know each year now I HAVE to take 34 days off, or loose some.

There are some insane numbers in this thread. Thought I was doing good with 3 weeks off.
Comparison is the thief of joy.

Salaried, and no set amount of time. Take what you need, but they also don't want you to abuse that system as well. It's mostly because it's a small company, and they also expect you to take care of your workload to be able to leave for a week or so if you schedule a vacation. I would say we all usually take a total of about 2 weeks a year. It's mostly a Friday or weekday here or there, and a week at a time once a year. No set scheduled amount that you have to take or lose, though.

I get 6 hours every pay period (2 weeks)
Comes out to about 2 weeks a year for the first 5 years, then it increases.
However, due to working 12’s, I can only burn 2 days vacation and get a whole week off.
We work 7 days every 14, so essentially I could only work half the year, but I usually end up picking up 2-3 shifts a pay period at my PRN gig
