Blue Bell is the most overrated ice cream in human history.
Tillamook is certainly better.
Hell, Breyer's is too.

the mint chocolate chip was awesome. Fun fact there was a galaga video arcade game at the entrance to K&B in Opelousas in the 1980's Flboo set the high score many times and not far over from there was a Mr. Gattei's pizza too. Good times and good ice cream

We do. We bought one of those fancy Whynter machines. No more hand cranking. No more rock salt. No requirement to put a component in the freezer ahead of time. Although I will say I miss the hand cranking. Us kids having to take turns on the back porch in the summer was a rite of passage.

Blue bell was my favorite until I read the label. There are a bunch of ingredients that do not go in foo king homemade ice cream.
