Last season was based on one of the weaker books. this season, first three episodes was good. I am ready for the 4th episode.

LSU is notorious for being slow about retiring numbers. It took like 40 years before Canon got his retired. Both Burrow and Daniel's number but will be retired on LSU's time-line, its just how it works.

The whole point of a trailer is so the consumer can form an opinion to go see it or not go see it. And if you keep releasing information about casting and speculation, then do not be surprise when people form opinions on it. Some people have figured out how to monetize their opinion, good on them.

But this whole, you have prejudged the movie, no I have judged the movie based on the best it has to offer, i.e. the trailer, that Noland put out and I have deemed it lacking.

But, like some others, you didn't see the movie.

I have not seen the movie, but I do not need to watch it to know that I am not a fan of the way it looks. Do I think people think Noland is some type of next level genius, sure. Do I think the movie is good based on the trailers and casting? nope. Do I think Nolan is some transformative film maker? hardly. His best movie was the Dark Knight, hands down. But, I do not need to sit through an entire movie to know its probably not going to be very good or something worth my time. Deconstructing Odysseus is probably not worth my time.

Neither unless my kids want to go see either. i was never a fan of Dune series after the original book. Its like the author was like wow if I write 12 more books on an LSD trip, then I can buy more LSD.

What I find most bizarre about this all these situations is how desperate boomers and that political class are to hold on to what vestiges of power they still have and this is even considered somewhat acceptable in a representative republic. I wish him a speed recovery, but no way this person can discharge his duties as a Senator. The law should be amended to not allow these situations, if a Senator cannot show up to the floor of the Senate to debate and vote, that person should be removed from office. It just crazy and I do not care if there is a Democratic gov't; if that is the issue limit the governor to only pick within the party holding the seat.

Young Washington is incredibly good. So good, I decided to get an Angle Studio subscription today.

This is one of the best historical period pieces I have ever seen. They toned it down a bit in the climatic scene, real history is almost unbelievable. During the climatic battle, he had multiple horses shot out from under him along with all the bullet holes in his coat and hat. Some historians have called it almost supernatural how many times he narrowly escaped death throughout his entire career. I call it Divine Providence.

They have another Revolutionary war drama coming out called Drummer or something, plus a biopic of Reagan.
