Better to not have gone at all... than to go and lose to Coastal.

Spoken like a fan of a team that lost in the regionals...
I think I may need to apologize to Aggie fans, dear lord, Texas people are just the worse. Why did we let them into the SEC?

I'm with you cant watch, record and follow on TD. I'm a sore loser- if they loose I erase, win and I'll watch my way of dealing with it.

In 23, I could not watch the first game and followed it on TD because of work. I make it a point to watch the next day's game. I watched they got blown out. Game three, my wife was screaming updates to me until they got up by 10 runs and then I decided it was time to watch it and turned it on. some kid for Florida immediately hit a home run and I decided nope, and went back to proper non-viewing.
That team have 6 major leaguers on it, it was a special team no doubt.

Sunbelt is ULL right?
I can not watch the game on TV, every time I do they lose. When I follow on Youtube, X and TD, then they normally win. I go to Sonic and get corndog every time they win a game in the CWS final.

Now this smacks of poor troll attempt or pure jealousy.. Not sure which one...
There was no choking, it was guys trying to do to much and getting out of their routine and fundamentals. It was effort to be honest. Kid should not have tried to end the game on the line drive, he should have let it bounce and field it. Yes, he gives up a run, but he keeps it 4 - 5. It was just a kid trying to hard and not thinking it through.

Not in the 9th when that lead run doesn't matter

I am saying he did not even think about it, it was muscle memory. His entire focus was keeping that runner from getting to third base. I am sorry, the odds are in Ark favor after that play, big time. 2 outs, man at second up by 2 runs...

Is this more because CC hitters know how to get closer to the plate or because the SBC pitchers don’t have good control?

Seems like they are patient at the plate and work pitch counts. We just need our starters to hit their marks. Throw strikes. They are going to generate some runs, we just need to be what we have been all year on offense.
No, they did not, Ark did not lose it, LSU too advantage of the situation and won it.

If you buy into the stupidity of the rant, maybe that's true. This team, from top to bottom, is very very good. They have easily been one of the best teams in college baseball all season long. This team isn't overachieving based on their talent. They were national championship caliber from day 1.

My Dad said it back in Feb. I asked him for his assessment from the former minor league player. He said if the bullpen holds up, they will win a national championship. He said they had the best offense in college baseball and two bonified starters. Lets see if his prediction can hold for two more games.

I love the kid running with a full ice chest! That is work and dedication.

they won't.

not to mention our bullpen. when's the last time someone from the pen got hit hard multiple times. the only runs we've given up have been a solo bomb here and there that the starters give up or some little bullshite infield hits

I like the confidence. They are making hay about that sweep of Auburn as some type of test. I do not think CC has seen this type of pitching yet this year. But, I do not think CC can throw anyone that is better than what LSU faced in the SEC. That said, LSU better bring the A game or CC will beat them.

Two LSU fans standing next to big Ben probably do not even realize who he is...

:dude: Geaux Tigers.

Good job by your team, they took us to the absolute limit.

Dude, I am not sure why people are thinking this was wrong. That is what you are taught from PeeWees, get the lead runner with less than 2 outs. He thought about that before receiving the ball, he did not even hesitate. It was muscle memory.

And yes that was a horrible decision.

No it was not, seriously. You are taught from the day you start playing baseball to get the lead runner with less than 2 outs. Fundamentally, it was the correct decision because the double play was not guaranteed.
