I guarantee it. And I think our tickets to the Book of Mormon was like 450 on their own. Again, we didn't go to any really nice restaurants. Even now that we make pretty good money, that's never been our thing. Don't really drink that much on vacation either. We'd eat at a random diner or something for lunch. Never really ate breakfast since we don't do that anyway. And got some random package deal on all the Museums and stuff. I'll admit a did a lot of walking around and sight seeing. I'd look up walking tours to do on your own and stuff.

Flights from LA to NY are probably going to run you about $400 at minimum per person roundtrip, so $1,200.

I've flown direct on JetBlue from MSY to JFK for ~$200

Confusing request.

How can she go back into the kitchen if she sits down?

I'd rather get some good tickets to a game, go out for a nice dinner in my city, etc than travel somewhere with that budget

I mean, at off peak hours, I guess you could find something like this on Priceline. Otherwise, I'm not sure what fleabag type of place you're staying in.

I'm always here for you!

Reminds me of the sports radio guy who lost his mind on Tom Brady and his Dad and just kept yelling at Brady, "Shut up!! Put that guy on!!!!"

This is stupid if we're talking about Bay Area living, but 8k on 2 vacations a year is a pretty easy item to put on the chopping block.

$225 average nightly for this weekend here.

Obviously not the nicest, but good enough IMO.

alright -.

food/drinks was easily $200-300 per day (even a simple turkey sandwich, chips, coke at katz costs ~$40 to put this in perspective), than ubers, event tickets and i was close to $400-$500 per day. i wasnt balling out either. And that $$ is without lodging.
