Has anybody had anything good happen in 2020 so far?

I’ve got absolutely nothing.

3 people I know died of thing other than Covid-19.

I started managing money like a monk and couldn’t justify paying for haircuts anymore. So I shaved my head like an imbecile.

I’ve socialized regularly with 1 person for the past 5 months. This was a “pro” in the column for cutting out haircuts.

I bought more fuel efficient vehicles to have not really driven anywhere in 6 months.

I drove my new vehicle to get takeout. The tire blew out for hitting a parking lot pothole. “Off road” tires too.

I joined a gym. Gym closed down the next week for Covid. Announced it’s not reopening.

I bought a box of masks last week that looked like they were made from paper towels.

Working from home has been terrible. I didn’t realize I was such an extrovert. My company has forbidden travel from the area so getting out is limited.

A good friend I hadn’t heard from in a year called me yesterday. Immediately apologized and told me it was a mistake. Hung up.

My wife suggested I find a therapist just so I’d have someone else to talk to besides her.
