I believe Cantore is fixing Jeff a sandwich as we speak.

I remember when Hugo came thru here. I was pretty young, yet old enough to remember the carnage it caused. It was a cat 5 with 160 mph winds and it weakened to one mph beneath a cat 5 just before it hit. There was just a cement slab left where our beach house had been. SC was absolutely devastated. Ppl came in from all over the place to help our state. So I'd like to return the favor. And since I'm a trauma nurse I could help that way as well.

@ Carolina_Girl.........Speaking as a Safety Officer for several hospitals, kudos to you and your colleagues. Whenever TSHTF nurses ALWAYS answer the bell and kick arse. I've seen nurses dive in on severe infectious cases that arrogant arse physicians wouldn't touch.

Fearless and endless energy. You folks ROCK!

WHEN am I going to start paying attention to your stupid-assed prognostications and betting the bank on the opposite.

I just watched the Port Lavaca Snap story and it seemed like there were a ton of trees down, but the houses looked intact and it wasn't flooding too much.

Your friend going to denver can rebook now for free on southwest if she wants, waiver is updated.

As for the bumpy flights, IAH has inbound flights delayed 3 1/2 hrs, departure delays over an hr as of current.
