And today’s my birthday. Cruel irony.

I worked as a reporting & analytics manager for a private company that keeps its financials pretty secret. Apparently our revenue was way down YOY while our department spend was up. They decided to cut my position along with a few others.

The market sucks, so I might be on the block for a minute.

Could use some words of encouragement from you goofy baws.

Sometimes shitty things happen so better things can come up.

Enjoy the free time, you're not dead

You should probably quit posting until you get your job situation straightened out. Good luck

Well Tennessee just got a 5* RB recruit, so there's that.

Meanwhile, those making the decisions to spend more while selling less...they're safe I bet.

Rejection is God’s protection.

I saw that on the wall of a cubicle yesterday. Might be true in your case. Better things await.

sucks man

best thing you can do is not sit around and pout...take a couple days and go fish and play golf and then start learning new skills. with your former line of work, i suggest really learning AI big time big time. learn to apply it to your old line of work and make yourself way way more valuable than others with a similar resume.

I totally understand the feeling of being let go, but this also opens up some time for you to go do something. I recommend driving up to Arkansas. Petit Jean is incredible. Go for a hike, see some mountains, spend some time grounding without worrying about the next step.

Take a hammer to your chin and create micro fractures along your jawline. Get someone to follow you around and livestream it
Give yourself a retarded name like jawbreaker.

Well, Your hear, and it wasnt your decision.
Dont let it get you down. It happened to me. 3x I had to restart.
I finally landed offshore with a bunch of misfits, its ruined every realtionship I have been in the last 8 years but thats part of the process.

It can be grueling, I remember everyone looking down at me, especailly my scuessful friends and family. That was the worst part of it, after putting otu over 70 applications with only 3 callbacks. It was depressing.

Your going to do great, your funny, smart, handsome and young. You`ve always said the right things and landed on your feet in life. Unlike me.
Just keep moving forward. Take action. You will make it through.
