re: Coffee maker recommendations

Lots of love from coffee nerds for the Technivorm Moccamaster.

I’ve used the Moccamaster and two other machines that replicate a similar design/brew style - an OXO Barista Brain 9-cup and now a Breville Precision. When the Breville kicks it, I’m going back to the OXO. Same brew parameters as the Moccamaster - both simulate a multi stage pour-over and draw down process - but the OXO has less thermal and steam loss which I feel leads to a more consistent and quality cup.

Its on sale rn LINK

And as someone else suggested, if you really want to improve the quality of your coffee you should weigh and grind your beans per batch. Baratza Encore is a quality grinder that will last you a lifetime.
I can tell you the one we have in our current household:

Limits on screen time. We are HARD on our kids about screen time, but my wife and I often melt into the couch scrolling social media or playing iPhone games

If Wright looks good enough at rookie camp, let him compete w/ Ruiz. If he doesn't show enough, sure take a flyer on a one year stopgap.

He was on IR when we traded for him. What do you think their expectations for him were in 2025?
Sounds like a steal! $10 million would have been too much

I have this issue with some of my Christmas lights. Squirrels and/or rabbits chew threw my wires at night bc I'm assuming the wire coating is soy based. I've heard of and tried several remedies including spraying the wire with hair spray and a concoction of cayenne and garlic water spray. I'll have to try the peppermint oil next time bc nothing has worked thus far

He changed his last name after transferring, saying its because that was his dad's last name but more realistically so he wouldn't be associated with the peeping tom scandal.

Fair assessment, but you have to admit the Saints overperformed their 1-win predicted record
Mostly agree, just not on #6's win quota. I don't think Shough needs to win any games to keep us from drafting a QB, but he does have to play well and give KM enough confidence in him to go Edge in round 1. If he loses and looks bad doing it, we're prob deciding between Mendoza, Moore, or Sellers.

Made some throws, missed on some. We had completely abandoned the run by the time he came in so there wasn’t any run support. Overall I’d say I’m optimistic and look forward to seeing how he will play given a week of starter reps in practice, and a game plan specific to his skill set.

Are you thinking we would trade for him for a half-season?
