This one is straight out of Venezuela and will clear you up in 48 hours. Do this on an empty stomach in the morning and at night. Take half a piece of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons of honey and aloe Vera if you have it. Blend it into juice. Put it in the refrigerator. Wait 30 minutes. Drink. Grimace.Heal.
Both ginger and garlic have great anti- viral and anti- bacterial properties. Just saying. Or you could just go to the doctor. I’m glad I could help. You may now return to the Japanese midget porn. Shut up.

My first job out of school my boss was like a second mother to our whole team. Anytime we had a cold she’d hit the break room and make us hot tea with one of those menthol cough drops in it.
I’ll be damned if I don’t still do that near 10 years later anytime I’m congested or have a cold.
My Mom did this for us with Vicks when we were kids. Not sure if it worked or not but I still do this as well if I feel really shitty.

In the 80's I worked alongside a woman in her mid 70's and she grew up in the mountains of West Virginia.. She described to me a home remedy her mom used to give to her and all her siblings at night when they were experiencing cold like symptoms... The only content of that recipe that I remember was kerosine...

Granny would give us turpentine over sugar in a spoon.

My go-to is a hot toddy.
Whiskey - analgesic
Steam from the warm water/tea - opens sinuses
Local honey - soothes the throat and introduces local allergens to my body
Lemon - well known “superfood” that has any number of health benefits.
Plus it’s a Major Payne remedy. If it’s not working, I just drink more of them. Then the next day I’m not worried about a cold anymore

put vicks ointment salve on the bottoms and tops of your feet, put an old pair of warm socks on, take nyquil/theraflu or Pimp's remedy and go to sleep.
