If you’ve driven past one with a plate, and take your plate off, they know it’s still the same vehicle. For example, they also can see the Bluetooth connection in your car, cell phone location data, and include facial recognition associated with that vehicle.

Here’s a reality check:
The job you’re hiring for honestly sucks. The pay is typically low, the work is usually shite, and in general everyone hates insurance salesmen.
But, it’s a job and it can certainly be treated as such. By that I mean to find a reliable worker and train them to do what you need. If you’re looking to find someone who is going to be tell you how gung-ho they are to wake up everyday saying their passion is insurance, you need a hard reset in reality. You certainly don’t need a Harvard graduate, and honestly id venture to say you really barely need a HS diploma if you’re reliable.
