yea not sure where people get this idea you have to go to the gym every day either
lift 3x per week for less than an hour...hell even twice
4-5 exercises each session, full body compound lifts and progressively overload them
then walk 10k steps per day at home with the family, dog or if you are at like a kids practice....walk back and fourth the whole time.
if you have other time at home, go for a run.
literally if the average american did
lifted at gym-2x per week
cardio- ran 2 miles 1x per week
got 10k steps per day.....
we would be way way way healthier.

actually it is. its not my preferred but to say you need a balanced diet is retarded. as far as sustainable, that is an individual thing.
as far as misinformation....alot coming from you.
I haven't said one thing in this thread that can be disputed with facts

You told someone who is eating clean Whole Foods that his diet isn’t sustainable.

It’s more expensive but imported wheat, sprouted grain bread, pasta etc. is available. There is a choice, you don’t have to eat it.
American farms are a double edged sword. They can feed the world but to get that much yield, they use systems which arent healthy long term.

Buy some dumbells and work out in your garage. You can get a very good workout on your own with basic weights and bodyweight exercizes.

There’s a reason you won’t find the carnivore diet topping expert-approved lists of the best diets to follow. This eating plan has some serious red flags.
Low in Fiber and Other Nutrients
While proponents of the carnivore diet say it’s the way humans were meant to eat, it’s missing some key nutrients known to promote human health. One notable shortfall: fiber. Not only could a lack of fiber leave you extremely constipated, but it might also set you up for health problems in the long term. A higher-fiber diet is associated with a lower risk of heart disease and colon cancer, as well as better blood sugar management.4
Nutrients like vitamin C and plant-based polyphenols are also absent from a carnivore diet. A vitamin C deficiency puts you at risk of scurvy, and going without antioxidants could increase inflammation, diminishing overall health in the long term.
High in Saturated Fat and Sodium
What do beef, lamb, and pork have in common? These common meats are all high in saturated fat. While research is still teasing apart the connection between saturated fat and heart disease, public health organizations continue to recommend keeping your intake low. The American Heart Association advises eating no more than 6% of your daily calories from saturated fat (about 120 calories on a 2,000-calorie-per-day diet).5 A carnivore diet will likely far exceed this recommendation.
Sodium is another concerning nutrient in many animal foods like cured meats (think bacon, sausage, and deli meats). Over-consuming sodium from these types of animal products could increase your risk of high blood pressure.6
Could Harm Liver and Kidneys
Protein is, of course, a necessary nutrient for optimal health. However, the liver and kidneys have a limit on how much of it they can process. By eating only meat, you could take in so much protein as to tax these organs, potentially even causing damage.7
The carnivore diet is not clean whole foods you retard. Any diet that excludes nuts, seeds, fruits & vegetables is laughable

you said you need a balanced diet....thats not true. there are no studies showing that at all. none
tons of studies show you dont need carbs if that is your preferred way of eating.
again there are tons of meta analysis on this.
and im not saying keto is better or carnivore is better for health or fatloss(because all diets are the same for body fat loss once calories and protein are equated)

For the past couple of months my primary diet has been bacon and eggs on the morning, and in the evening cooking a steak and eating half and saving other half for lunch. Also eat fruit with lunch and in the evening. That has been working out pretty well, but I get constipated.
Also will bake asparagus or zucchini a handful of times per week to have for lunch/dinner

What? Are you serious? There are lots of studies showing that. Harvard has done a few recently. Stop talking out of your arse in this thread

Tried to warn you. Nothing else will be about bread, gluten etc

Studies have shown that a well-balanced diet is beneficial for overall health and weight management. According to the Harvard School of Public Health, focusing on food quality is an important part of preventing weight gain and promoting weight loss 1. The study suggests that consuming high-quality foods in appropriately sized portions can help achieve and maintain a healthy weight 1.

I’m with you 100% on this topic. The truth is that BigAg/BigFood is another giant corporate industry that controls what we are able to consume. We have seen in the past few years how corrupt they all are (i.e FDA). To make change, you have to have politicians that are passionate about such change. Currently, the only person running for president that exhibits these qualities has been blackballed from his own party and forced to run independent. Hmmmm I can’t imagine why.

False. It's not labeled HFCS in Europe. It's called GFS which is glucose/fructose syrup which is the same exact thing.

Do you have a theory of why in the US my wife gets rashes on her neck from anything with gluten, but never had any reaction at all during 9 days in various areas of Europe?

False
I saw on the news a few weeks ago, in a story aboot fat Americans, that a bunch of European countries had banned it.
ETA: Internet searches show they limit its supply, but do not ban it.

I don't know the full answer, but I have heard this to be relatively true from ppl who are much smarter than I am regarding food/nutrition. I'm not sure what the difference is - but I think the wheat is different.

Indeed. It’s not like I’m the first person to have observed this. I’ve heard about this happening before, which is why I was interested in observing what would happen before ever going on the trip
