No one says that you have to go everyday. The time thing is an excuse though.

The whole point of my post is that the I constantly hear people talking about how "expensive" it is to eat healthy, but that is simply not the case.

You really don’t eat very healthfully though.

Placebo effect.

But really the bread we buy at stores is complete trash.

Even the wheat bread. It’s not supposed to be a sponge.

My point with these it is allows complete saturation with pesticides whereas before you had to be more meticulous about how the pesticides were applied

Since when? Pesticides have been sprayed on crops since the 40s. and the ones 20/30/40 years were a lot more toxic than what's used today

You actually think there used to be more regulation?

and that we have much bigger problems to worry about like the average american consuming 3540 calories per day while only getting 20 min of activity per day.

Yeah lots of people post on here that they just ate 1400-2000 calories for lunch.

It can be done with $10-$15 a day and you will get the amount of protein, carbs, etc. that the AVERAGE American needs to stay healthy.

oh i agree.

ground beef from sams that is 90/10 is $4 per lbs
chicken breast from sams is $3 per lbs
chicken thighs are $3.5 per
pork tenderloin is $2.25 per

various other leaner cuts can be had for just as cheap too.

1.5-2lbs of meat with rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes and some veggies.

less than $15 per day easy.

Yes, US life expectancy has risen over the past 30 years. No, it has not risen at nearly the same rate as the rest of the world. We are unequivocally doing something worse than other countries. Whether or not it’s GMO’s is outside of my ability to answer. But at least at the pure data level, it’s pretty clear that our health has been drastically falling behind over the last 30 years. That GMO corn/soybeans started around the same time definitely doesn’t work as an argument in their favor.

A lot of those other countries grow/eat gmos

Also give me a demographic breakdown of each country and let me know the % of people with African and Arab heritage in each country

Since June 2023, I have been on a carnivore diet only. I am back to the same weight that I was in high school, never really hungry like I was previously. My intention was to do this for 30 days, but now will do it forever. I've never felt better and have a ton of energy.

Not a sustainable diet. You need a balanced diet for your body to function to its highest capability. This is widely known fact. So much misinformation in this thread it's astounding

Eh, that depends to be honest.

not really

lifting is the most important part of health when it comes to exercise. at this point its pretty proven but in the end...just do what you like and can stay consistent. not gonna begrudge someone that is exercising because i may like a different way when the average american is only getting 20min per say of any physical activity.

Get an energetic dog, they'll help you out tremendously.

GSDs, Malanois.. require several hours of exercise, with you..daily.

We are being poisoned to make us sick and die sooner. Everyone knows this. Most have cognitive dissonance and refuse to deal with the truth. I’ve traveled to many countries where the food is safer as well. Great post.
