How much foreign diesel do we rely on then? My understanding was that we are a net exporter of diesel. So our refineries are selling it at a much higher rate to overseas buyers correct? So including shipping costs and port fees etc etc, it's still more profitable for our refineries to send it elsewhere. I mean I can't fault them for this but damn it would be nice to take care of our own first sometimes.

Wow. This is a special statement here. Our government is the main reason we're in this predicament. Both under Biden and Trump. We can't carry $2T deficits and expect the dollar not to tank. Wages cannot keep up with the out of control spending. The most frustrating part is most of this can be fixed but there is literally no effort to do so.

Everyone knows this! That's all you people ever say. No one is suggesting we start voting Democrat. At what point however do any of these Republican politicians start implementing the agenda voters want? Or do we just continue to take it? It took a brave act by Trump to disrupt the establishment. I'll give him that. I also think his first term could have been much better had they not stood in his way. This term however has been a huge disappointment. Iran is the obvious one but there are so many others. He's deported a few people. That's basically it.

Any man voting for a woman president doesn’t read his bible.
How about we stop spending so much it creates $2+ trillion deficits. I like some things he’s trying to do but much of it can’t be accomplished alone. He has to reign in spending which really isn’t his MO. Lower rates will only exacerbate the problem at this point.
Because conservative values are based on Christianity.
