No joke. It doesn't matter the HGTV show, it usually goes something like this:

I weave sweaters for the homeless from my accumulated belly-button lint and my wife raises ridgeback chinchillas for petting zoos. We're expecting our 4th kid and would like to move into something larger. Our budget is $875k.

Lennar is trying to solve the affordable home problem by building these 600 square foot homes in Princeton (1 hour north of Dallas) for $135k. These were recently $166k so coming down in price pretty fast
