My ended up hooking up with my ex girlfriends younger sister about two years after we broke up. Then a few years later I hooked up a few times with the ex. She did bring it up one night i attempted to deny it but she knew it was true. Awkward but it was worth it.

Two of my best friends had sisters that were smoking hot.

I think the details matter.
Are we talking about a Wedding Crashers-esque manipulated one night stand, a full relationship, or somewhere in between?
Several years ago, a friend of mine met my younger sister through me. They started low key hanging out/dating for a while. He was a bit nervous about how I would handle it, but my position was that she was a grown adult who should make her own life choices, and as long as he didn’t mistreat her, we wouldn’t have an issue. Ended up mutually fizzling out after a while with no acrimony on either side.
Unless you’re from Arkansas/Alabama, I’m not sure why you care who your adult sister chooses to sleep with.
