I recommend the book "Across the River" it came out in September 2021. Its about the Edna Karr football program and the HC.
That dude has had offers to be the HC at St Aug, etc, etc and make a lot more than he does now, but because he is a father figure to his kids and have helped a lot of them to the the frick out there he feels like he has a responsibility to help as many kids from Algiers as possible because he knows their future if no one is there to help.
The writer shares stories from the HC and it's unbelievable what most of these kids come from.
