I bet if he whipped that dude's arse, the police would have arrested him.

Karma comes around eventually, sometimes way sooner than expected. If I went to a Morgan Wallen concert, I would expect karma to teach me a lesson somehow for making that mistake.

The title of the thread makes it seem like he urinated on his own family

Would you classify this as a felony?

I would in this situation.

This isn't a case of somebody trying to pee behind the bushes at giant music festival and people accidentally seeing him. They're in a arena and fricker pulled his dick out and pissed on an 8 year old ON PURPOSE.

That POS needs to spend a year breaking rocks in prison for that shite.

Meh! It's not like you can get aids or something from whiz. Is it gross in a way? Yes, but if the dude barfed on them is that a crime? I'd rather have a person piss behind me than barf. Let's say the dude blew chunks on them would he get arrested for that?

I mean it is a Morgan Wallen concern. Urine is antiseptic. The family didn't face any harm from it.

I would’ve beat the brakes off that dude and gladly went to jail

He probably would’ve never been able to piss again much less piss on somebody

Yet Maryland has an enhanced law concerning indecent exposure in the presence of a minor.

And

he, his wife, his brother, and his 8-year-old niece
were all witnesses.

If he would have pissed on the cops, I bet they would do something then.

These police officers are full of shite. They just didn’t want to mess with it.

Once one of my employees had a member of the public spit in her face. I subsequently called the police when I found out and they went to the person’s house and arrested them. I don’t remember what the charges were, but it was something about spreading disease.

I hate how people film stuff to rush to put it on the internet. Just knock the guy out and be done with it don’t go to the cops and then tell them you will be uploading the conversation to the internet

He may have not witnessed a misdemeanor, but he’s about to witness a fricking felony.

I would beat that dude within one inch of his life.

Cops would have gotten off their lazy asses to take you to jail for that.

Is it possible that he’s lying and there’s no witnesses?

Battery at least but I woukd smack that arse with a sex crime since genitals were exposed in front of a child.

The officer DOES NOT have to witness that happen for his arse to be charged.

Poor guy is just learning that the police force isn't there to protect you they only serve the state.
With a minor involved how is that not sexual assult?
