Whipping your dick out in front of children and urinating on them?

Yea.

You wouldn’t? The frick is wrong with you?

If I was emperor, this dude would spend a few years doing hard labor.

At a Widespread Panic show in Orange Beach in 07 or 08, my crew and I were on the floor. My buddy was blackout hammered and had to pee, so he decided to just pee right there where he stood. It of course got on multiple people who were rightfully pissed off, and I basically had to convince them not to kick his arse, even though they should have. My crew and I were quite peeved at his behavior too.

He is an alcoholic, and eventually drove off most of his good friends, including me because of it. He's sober now apparently, so I'm glad for him.

I never posted what level of criminal classification was appropriate. I was asking QJenk of his viewpoint.

I'd say pulling your dick out and pissing on a child should qualify.

Why do you think it shouldn't?

The level of lazy arse, soft cops continues to rise each day. Most are just waiting on a pension.

The same people that have created this situation are the same people that scream about the dangers of vigilante justice

There’s going to come a time in the very near future across the West where cops, prosecutors, and judges are going to be public enemy number 1

You can tell a lot about an artist by what type of people attend their concerts.

Wouldn’t urinating on someone constitute assault?

If children are involved, how does that not elevate the act?

That would be a misdemeanor?

Public urination is generally a "patchwork" charge in that most places don't have a specific urination in public charge.

It is normally covered under indecent exposure and separately under disorderly conduct charges, both of which are normally misdemeanor charges. Indecent exposure often requires it to be for sexual gratification so it is usually not used for peeing in public. Indecent exposure often can become a bigger charge if minors are involved, but again usually requires sexual gratification reasoning.

Peeing on someone usually falls under an assault charge that includes spitting as well and again normally a misdemeanor.

Sounds to me like the cops didn’t want to do any paperwork. Typical now. Work as little as possible for the pension.

There is a history...

In Louisiana it’s a battery.

But I see in Maryland, battery is included in the definition of assault.

That’s dumb.

Assault and battery are often conflated by the legislatures of some jurisdictions. I dislike it, and often have to bite my tongue when my instinct is to correct it because the Black's definition is not followed universally.
