On Saturday, July 18, 2026, an attendee at a Morgan Wallen concert at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore allegedly exposed himself and urinated on a family sitting in front of him. The victim, Troy Grevelding of Phoenix, New York, reported that he, his wife, his brother, and his 8-year-old niece all had urine splashed down their legs and seats.

Grevelding’s wife noticed liquid on her leg, prompting Grevelding to look back and see the intoxicated suspect with his genitals fully exposed, urinating directly onto them.
Grevelding confronted the man. Venue security subsequently escorted the suspect out of the stadium seating area.

They sure as shite would have arrested that man if he had beaten the drunk guy's arse.

Wouldn’t urinating on someone constitute assault?
If children are involved, how does that not elevate the act?
That would be a misdemeanor?

If he had turned around and beat the frick out of him for doing that, he'd have been arrested whether those cops saw it happen or not.

The cop is mad at him for making a scene because he’s pissed nobody arrested a guy for pissing on him. Peak clown world.

They could have issued a summons or Notice to Appear in lieu of a custodial arrest.

Or ever visiting the state of Maryland and spending a dime there. If their laws allow for something like this to happen, then the whole state can go to hell.

There has to be something missing, right? Do cops "physically witness" any crime or do they rely on witness statements?

If the line at the bathroom is long, gotta pee on the ground.

How TF is this only a misdemeanor?
Also, I could be wrong, but as someone else said, if the Dad was to deservingly beat the man's arse, I'm sure they would have arrested him, even if they didn't see it. So, what's the difference? They can identify multiple witnesses, and they could see(and smell for that matter) evidence that said act did occur

Would you classify this as a felony?
Posted on 7/21/26 at 3:19 pm to Shexter
Morgan Wallen was probably just as drunk as he was.
