Below average salary

Bonus that is about 20% of salary which only makes the salary look reasonable.

Profit sharing plan but I’m pretty sure the profits are figured after the owners takeout what they what for themselves.

The medical insurance is great.

I have a 401K and full benefits. The boss means well, but he’s a terrible manager. Great businessman and financially smart, but a total idiot at leading people.

Probably below average salary. 401k w/ 4% match capped at $4k. Fail safe harbor so we can't max 401k either. 10-12% bonus. Free health insurance. Pay for vision and dental. Pay for ST/LT disability. Free $100k term life. Free cell phone. Flexible hours. 30 days of PTO.

Unique opportunities to invest into the company's equipment and technically be a small % owner in the LLCs. It's a nice K-1 investment.

Wife has a good setup. Pension (still trying to decide whether or not to opt out. Don't fully trust the state), 403b, and a 457.

2 weeks vacation PTO
40 hours family health care PTO (sick kids etc.)
5 Sick days PTO
8% Match
6% Bonus
Pension (most 25 year men have around 5/600k built up)

I’m single and 25 so I go with the high deductible at $50 bucks a month. Company gives me a $60 a month allowance toward health insurance for completing a health survey and training course ever year. So I’m paying nothing.

Also company gives me $1000 a year towards my health savings account because of the high deductible plan.

I hired on when they still offered a pension. 70% match up to 6% on 401k. 2-3% yearly raise. 7-8% yearly bonus for my level. Next level up is 20% bonus and beyond that it’s a lot. Way more than my first job. Love my company

Base + commission, good insurance(cost are astronomical though), 6 weeks PTO, ESOP @ 15% discount, 401k 100% up to 12%, and small car allowance. Biggest though is I work from home 100% of the time.

Yes. Went up 25% for yoy 16-17. We are owned by a huge insurance company out of the UK. Our company makes up 16% of their portfolio. The esop plan takes into account all assets owned by our mother company, not just us.

Nurse - thats not bad for health care. Unless the pay really sucks. No one at my hospital got raises for 5 years, unless they got promoted.

But healthcare overall sucks moneywise. Wish I had gone a different route, but I guess I didn't get in it for strictly money.

Avg salary (for the industry, that is)
30% yearly bonus
50% stocks LTI
5% 401k match plus another 3% no matter what.
The real eye opener was when I saw how much of the health insurance plan the company pays. That's another ~7% of my salary.
And most importantly job security. Yeah, we're all replaceable but I feel like I'd have to REALLY REALLY frick up to get fired.

I'm not complaining. I used to be very active in keeping my options open, but could never get an offer that blew this out of the water, which is what it would take because of the job security aspect.

Good Salary, 401K match up to 6%, Pension based on Highest consecutive 3 years pay (about 7 yrs ago they stopped pensions for new hires), Good medical, dental, and vision insurance, Health Care Reimbursement Plans for working or retiree, Stock Purchase Plans, good vacation (I'm at 35 days). Overall not bad, retiree medical through the company is pretty high though.
