Yes, thank you. I have been eyeing options. The 457 gives us some early access optionality too.

frick that. My kids have been flying since 5 mos old. You gonna tuck in and not live your life?

Fly. It sucks for 2-3 hours. You're busy AF, your balls are stomped, sometimes people around your hate you. But then you're there. Take your SSRIs, get your airplane drink (chug it or it will get spilled), and enjoy your "trip". You won't have another vacation for 15 years.

Pack your bags with snacks to the top, coloring books, activities, etc...

I think when my son turned 5 we let ipads enter our lives for flights and 2hr+ car rides only. Kids are now 4 and 8 and that's still the rule.
Depends on the trip. Caribbean beaches or Mexico, no way. To my FIL’s cabin in NC, totally. Always a mini van. Always through Costco.

I used Southern Topdressing last year to aerate, spread sand, and level it in. I was pleased with their work.

Yeah. Metairie here. Zoysia yard. April 15th is usually my target date and then take into consideration number of cuts.
I mean, sometimes you get that in New Orleans East.
Pretty quiet here in Old Metairie today.
Old Metairie to Mandeville, I guess.

I just got 6 days for $132 and I’m 50 feet from the airport. It’s really not a bad deal. Especially if you’re traveling with kids.

Correct. I bought mine yesterday. I fly Monday at 09:00'ish. I started my parking for Monday at 07:00. I also set it to expire two hours after I land although I doubt that matters since it is daily parking.

You pay, you get a QR code to scan in. There will be a spot. It may be on the roof, but you'll have one. The lane will likely be blocked to get into long term by a sign that says FULL. Show the security person your parking receipt and QR.

See ya Monday!
