Does anybody live in a house with a carpeted toilet seat?

I can barely understand a carpeted lid, but a seat?

The toilet in the basement of my childhood home did. My Dad dubbed it the "pooping toilet" because it flushed with greater force than the upstairs one and if you took a stinky dump, the smell was relegated to the basement. It always got colder down there, hence the carpeted toilet seat. I wish I was making this all up

I don’t understand how this seems like a good idea to anyone.

I wouldn’t want to sit on that if I were the only one using the toilet but sharing it? Heck no.

I have never seen a seat cover before. Back in the day the three-piece set had a cover for the tank lid. I guess when lids started to be so non-uniform they just started making seat covers so Mawmaw still got her three pieces.

Which is worse: carpeted toilet seats or squishy plush toilet seats?

The only thing worse than a cold toilet seat is a warm toilet seat.

Even the most accurate of peen holders hits the lid once in a while.

Those things are fricking disgusting.

My arse already has enough shag carpeting. Carpet on the toilet seat would be redundant.
