Well now you're just making things up because I wasn't proven wrong on anything. You posted the Websters definition of a muscle car and said that EVs don't have engines. Then I posted the Websters definition of engine proving EVs do in fact have engines.

From MIT. I kinda trust those guys.

"People use both interchangeably, but the difference is that motors run on electricity and engines run on combustion. The engine converts various forms of fuels into mechanical force, while the motor transforms electrical energy into mechanical energy."

I don't care what those figs say. Sister Christian was motoring long before anyone built any EVs.

In other words
Muscle cars are by definition; American made, coupe, with a large displacement engine.

While the Charger Daytona EV may be as fast or probably even faster than the muscle cars of both the golden era and the generations that followed. It is by definition not a muscle car. Will it be an insanely fast car bearing the moniker of two of the greatest muscle cars Mopar ever rolled off the assembly? Absolutely. Still not a muscle car though.

Famous Dodge / Chrysler quality with a fake noisemaker?!

Kind of like using clothes pins to hold playing cards on the bike frame so the spokes can flick against them and make noise.

Incorrect. I have owned multiple EV’s including several Tesla’s and I enjoy them.

I also own two classic cars from the 60’s - one of which is a muscle car. I am not trying to race a newer vehicle with a half a century technology advantage. I am enjoying the sound, the smell, the essence of the classic car.

Anytime you blend two concepts - you lose the spirit of each of them.

Another example: I have owned a 70’s bronco and CJ. They were both fantastic.

But a new Jeep and new Bronco are nothing like them.
