Odd..... seems to me that it’s the same people over and over again that are getting caught in mass shootings.

Idk wtf is going on but these stories are strange AF

The smart thing to do is run and only fight as a last resort. The confusion in a mass shooting with a bunch of CHL people running around with guns draw is not where I would want to try and be a hero.

I'm going to look up at the sky and yell "why FBI and CIA?! Why?!". Now that they know I'm on to them the shooter will be directed to target me. I'll then pull out my handy tin foil box and wrap myself in foil. This will allow me to look like an NPC and I'll just walk to my car and leave.

Just because you are armed doesn't mean you are in position to engage either. If you're somewhere open with no cover it's going to make it more difficult to fire back, you may have to wait for a better opportunity and that might not come.

You also better be damn sure the good guys know you are not a threat. They'll be coming in hot.

Lots of decisions to be made in a split-second...

Unless 1 million or so read this statistically speaking you are 99% wrong.

If I’m in Walmart I’m going to the middle of the store by the clothes. Frick being in grocery and stuck with long open walkways with no where to go.

And no, the chances of someone carrying running away are pretty slim. Not saying they are going to go Rambo and try and hunt him down. But it’s proven that once the shooter is shot back at the situation ends much sooner.

And cops rushing in not knowing what the shooter looks like. Great way to end up as their target pulling out my conceal carry walking around.

My desk at work is right next to a door to the outside that can only be opened from the inside.

Active shooter ever happens at my hospital....I’m hauling arse out that door (unless I hear gunfire from outside).

That would be my biggest worry. Pulling to try and stop it and getting capped by a cop or another citizen as though I'm the shooter

3 shootings in the past week. They're getting more frequent.

Chicago and Atlanta laugh at your “statistics”. Three shootings happened there before noon on Sunday, let alone in a week.

They aren’t more frequent. They are covered more by the news. Hell 40 people were shot it Chicago last weekend but keep on believing the outrage machine.

I think the more likely explanation is that there were no carriers.

Except that’s factually incorrect. There were interviewers who said otherwise and it’s a military town. You’re too stupid to see anything other than political affiliation though

I don't think I could stand by, if I was alone and carrying.

These guys are generally counting on no resistance so even if you can draw their attention, you're gonna help some folks.

Just as soon not have to find out...

I'll run towards the gunman...no seriously. I've had a gun put to my head once and shot at another time before during a robbery gone bad..so its a "meh" thing for me now. I'm single, no kids, and I've always have helped people my entire life so the gunman better turn me into swiss cheese and fast cause I'm going right after him.. I don't care.

I always make sure I know where the exists are, analyze the best one for quick exit when in certain location etc. Also look for safe location if can’t exit. Also do this at concert, crowded bars etc should there be a fire. I have dont this so long it’s just second nature and done in about 30 seconds of being in the place with out the people with me even knowing I’m doing it. However I have taught my wife and kids to similar things and they are getting used to it. Based on the field I’m in I look around at the type of construction of certain walls/ structures to see what I think would offer protection from bullets should I need it. I feel you should be prepared to protect yourself/ family and go on the offense should opportunity present itself

statistically speaking you're more likely to be holding a winning lotto ticket while being struck twice by lightning.

1. Seek cover
2. Return fire

I’m old and have a bad heart and back. Running really isn’t an option.
