So are you looking to build it out of new cypress 6x6, 4x6’s and other sizes. This is very common. My guys cut decorative ends on cypress a lot for brackets, rafter tails etc. Get a design you like, lay it out on the post and cut it. You can use a band saw, sawzall, jigsaw etc. ...
