Do we no longer have a society?

Was walking through parking garage with a few others near me and some guy comes flying through the garage like an a-hole. He parks then starts walking where the few of us generally cross paths with him. A lady who was close to him says “hey you really need to slow down in this garage” he looks at her and keeps on walking without any acknowledgment.
On one hand I thought good for her for saying something. On the other hand I thought that was stupid bc I’ve seen too many stories like that end with someone dead and is it really worth it to say something? Am I really going to change this morons outlook on driving courteously in garages?
But it made me think when do we no longer have a society? When I was growing up there was never a shortage of people willing to lecture you and put you in your place. Now, it just doesn’t feel like it’s worth it.

I guess the answer is yes. Can't get over the answers you got. Those sort of responses tend so show the lack of courtesy and respect for others that is becoming so common.

Welcome to our new lawless society, thanks to the demoncrats and the demoncratic socialist party. They crave and create turmoil, just so government can come in and be the "hero", but really wanting and achieving power of over us.
