Do The BRPD Just Let The Beggars Beg On Siegen?

They have stretched out from the Target exit to the traffic light almost right under the interstate on the south side of Siegan.
And people who give those people money are dumb, especially the beggars who are smoking.

If i were an officer, I’m not gonna end up on cell phone camera messing with some road side beggar.

My friend hit one that wandered out into the middle of the road under a dark overpass one night. Ripped his arm off (the junkie’s)

They've been under the interestate bridge on Siegen forever, where you been? if you can ever catch a glimpse in the median in between those barricades under the bridge it'll make your stomach turn.
They're also in the woods right off of the Siegen exit if you're coming from the Mall service rd.

O'Neal overpass is getting fricking terrible...cardboard homes, tents, sheets hanging as dividers...not to mention the slew of trash that's just scattered across the entire area

Some of them might not even be truly homeless. I see people are mentioning how bad O'neil is, I haven't been out that way in awhile, but I recall... anytime I did see them out there it was no more than 1 or 2.

The same signs are up at Sherwood/I-12 and College/I-10. Doesn’t do any good. The junkies are still out there and dumbasses are still giving them money.
