If drug addicts are begging on a once half-arse decent road turned traffic magnet and pimp-whore exchange, hey — as long as they’re spotted out there and not breaking into someone’s home.

I believe some of that is EBRSO jurisdiction.

The people who give them money are the same jackasses that drive around with their hazard lights flashing

Saw my first one of these retards in Zachary this past week. Noted to the wife that they appeared to be off the beaten path considering they tend to congregate from Acadian to about Siegen and O’Neal.

I live in Houston, therefore these frickers are on every single corner I drive through. Plus, I live near an 290 overpass so I have to see these disgusting fricks every time I leave the house. They’re no different than an ant colony. The gather in little clumps that are dispersed and then re-appear like clock work, growing in size until something comes around to disperse them again.

Wash.Rinse.Repeat.

I want to throw rocks at the people that give them money.

One of them was at the corner of Bluebonnet and Blue Cross this morning. Hassling the people going to work/school. Never seen one on that corner before.

Why would BRPD be concerned about panhandlers in St. George?

There is some jackass living on the same platform as the power box for the gas station in front of home Depot on highland. Got a cot, a table, the whole setup.

BR will go the way of Austin and L.A. the only thing preventing that is the weather

That dude doesn’t give a baker’s frick either. He’ll stare ya down and nod like he’s a land baron staring at you across the fence of his 20,000-acre ranch.

Ikr, I wouldn't bring that much crap camping. I bet it's good sleeping on a cool night with the hum of that power box though.

I want to know who owns that land they camp on between Siegen and Blue Cross and why they haven't run them off yet. There's some sturdy lean-tos back there now. Next they will build shacks. They really need to clear cut that property then burn it for good measure.
