DPD did a great job last night. This was a misstep though that thankfully didn't lead to anything tragic.
I don't think it's fair to assume that the cops at the scene were actively checking the twitter feed to report that they had the wrong suspect. Also, how many cops interacted with him?
It's a shame, but everyone knows now. I don't think 6 hours of confusion is going to negatively impact the guy's life going forward.
As for wanting an apology, it hasn't been 12 hours. The cops have been kind of busy, too.

Are you too dumb to see the difference in looking for a suspected active shooter and absolving said shooter? Which one do you think is more pressing?
