No, I was pointing out an obvious flaw in your logic. The fact that he was seen walking around earlier has no bearing on what he was capable of. You're using hindsight to make it seem like this guy had his rights trampled on, and he just didn't.

I didn't really think that was weird at all. They had a thousand agencies there, I'm sure that at that point, the standoff was largely being handled by Marshalls, and special, outside units.

Why was he upset?
Because the police force worrying about an active shooter situation, in which 12 of their colleagues have been shot and/or killed, and the open threat of explosives hidden downtown was taking away from their ability to go on camera and say they’re sorry about giving a picture of a man matching the description of the shooter they had at the time carrying an AR-15 because he was not guilty of anything?
I mean, lets prioritize here.
