Honestly, I’m a very uptight, professional woman and if I received that picture in an email, I’d probably laugh. I wouldn’t report you to your work.

I would hate to have to work at a place that I had to worry about shite like this.

I’ll share with you a phrase that my employer uses.
“Trust, but verify.”

Well still your fault for sending over something without opening it.
Once an e-mail hits your box and you need to forward then you are responsible for contents.
If someone I manage sends me an email to send to a client I check it to make sure it’s the correct version and scan to make sure it’s the correct client.
I do the same for those above me in the chain. They either aren’t great with tech or they have a million things to do so shite gets missed. Lesson learned here is spend 5 mins reviewing any email you have to send.

My email oops moment. We had a lady that was like the shop foreman. She was a single lady in her 50s that would always ask the men to do whatever tasks she needed done by flirting with them. Her name was Mrs Vicky.
I get an email from Vicky asking if I was coming down to the shop for their special health and safety luncheon they were having. Said she could use my help with the CPR training. I responded that I would love to work on training for CPR if she would be the one I was demonstrating with. She responded that she wasn’t feeling well and would be lying down in her office. To which I replied, let me know if you would rather me help in her office.
As soon as I hit send I realized it said Director of HR in her regards tag. It was the other Vicky. I tried recalling that email. I felt sick as a dog for like 5 minutes before she responded, I’ll be fine I just have headache that’s why I need you to go to the luncheon. I said no problem, I got your back. She had no idea.

I've received many an email from my old client where you can see entire teams bitching at each other.
My favorite was a variation of "I disagree in the strongest possible terms and believe this will materially hurt the company... We still on for beers later?"

You and your coworker are idiots, and you should be fired.

Maybe I missed it, but how did the lady handle it when you talked to her?

She said no problem, and would disregard. I hope so. Still need to knuckle check my boss though. Maybe we'll have a good "annual review" over extreme tots at Sonic.
