So by your logic:
We should have never locked down because of Covid.
The rise in Crime stems back to Obama.
Local Democratic governments are screwing up their cities with bad governing.
But,
Defunding the police is warranted because police are doing their jobs in areas where crime is high.
You seem confused.

How long until they rename it to “Somali taxi ride”?

Not to worry! As soon as the social workers are properly trained, safety and security shall return.
No seriously, politicians and the defund crowd still don't see how fricking stupid their position is. And they likely never will.

Because they think it will never effect them. They are the leaders of the revolution! Just lol. Their woke ideals won’t mean shite when some clown has a knife to their throat jacking their shoes.

I used to be on board with just sitting back and watching them reap what they sow too. But that won't work anymore. They just move to a suburb near you and continue their shitty voting habits until it gets bad and they pick up and move somewhere else. Look at Colorado now and compare it to 25 yrs ago. We are experiencing it in real time in GA and TX.
Something needs to be done.
Can we build a wall around Minneapolis and make them wallow in the the shite they've sown?

Friend of mine sold their house in the city and is moving to the burbs (Wayzata). The house they bought had 12 offers after being listed for less than a week. The Minneapolis burbs are BOOMING.

Wayzata
That has been one of the nicest suburbs directly on the lake for at least 20 years.

Scary thought...have we ever thought the leftists aim is to purge the police force of existing cops which typically are conservative, so they can fill it with a bunch of brainwashed types that will be at their beck and call?

These clowns rioting and protesting are not a majority in this country. Why are we putting up with it?

From the linked article;
Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo, right, kneels as George Floyd’s hearse arrives June 4 at North Central University ahead of a funeral in Minneapolis. Violence has soared since as the ranks of the city’s police department have been dwindling. (Salwan Georges/The Washington Post)

I got an all time great HJ from a chick in St. Paul in 82 so this really hits close to home for me

They aren’t any better. Wasted tax dollars.

Joe Biden isn’t even president yet, you likely don’t even recognize him as president elect, yet you blame him for issues he has nothing to do with. Your turd muffin self is part of the problem. Geezus f’ing Christ.

He told the commission the department has about 735 sworn officers — down from the city’s budgeted 888 positions — of which about 500 were on patrol, he said.
"Meuser said, and he expects the exodus could extend to hundreds more officers by summer, perhaps as many as a third of the department’s positions."
Sounds like they are in for some trouble

This was expected. I get that you want to have a department you can trust to not abuse their power and hurt people, but the way they’re doing it is more destructive than anything. You’re driving out good cops, and I can probably guarantee you will be left with those who are not qualified or are in it for position of authority. This is what happens when you people in charge who don’t really know anything.
