Good. Hopefully the new trial takes a while.

How on Earth would he know though?

Well considering 2 of the female jurors wore pink for solidarity with her, I think he knows which way they are leaning. 1 person was caught taking pictures with intent to Dox jurors. If you don’t think they have a mole telling them everything that is happening in that room, then you are crazy.

What is so hard about it? She brutally murdered her 3 kids. That is an instant ejection from society. I know a woman who had real postpartum psychosis, voices and the whole bit. She even says that the bitch needs life behind bars. You are what's wrong. Something as simple as a murder shouldn't be this complicated.

There’s nothing complicated about it all. Anyone who believes otherwise needs to do some soul searching.

Apologies for the ignorance... the 11-1 hung jury was in favor of not guilty?

You don't think this was planned? Seemed organized & methodical. Curious, are the voices no longer talking to her?

This is depressing. Justice should begin with the three children who lost everything and the woman that made that happen. Those kids would be alive if not for Lindsay. Regardless of reasoning she did it and should have accountability here, but that's just my opinion. If it's true she was searching psychosis then she should have kept her kids safe somehow. This has become all about Lindsay which is wild to me.

These are a couple of comments from women I saw online and agree with.

quote:

I too have experienced PPD along with millions of other women. Intrusive thoughts are a symptom. If I felt I wanted to harm my child which thank God I did not, I would have had my family intervene and take that child out of my care until I got my mind right. This is an incredibly sad case. This woman should be held accountable for this heinous crime.

quote:

What if it had been a man, a father who sent his wife out on errands and while away strangled their children. There would be no sympathy or compassion for him, no justifying it or explaining it away blaming doctors or mental health.

However, if a man made these comments some women might say we don't understand biology, etc.

I'm sure someone much smarter than me can tell me why I'm wrong to want accountability from the person who is responsible. This sucks.

No... that's where she's being held instead of jail

Tewksbury Hospital in the psychiatric ward

ETA: I think I misread your question... everyone is assuming it was 11-1 not guilty by reason on insanity based off the context clues of what was said in court... but no one in the general public is really certain

11 of 12 jurors wanted to let the woman free that admitted to strangling her small children to death one by one…

One sane juror has preserved justice for those innocent babies.

I don’t care why nor what reasons are behind someone murdering an innocent child; that person should no longer steal breath on this earth, much less live free.

I’ll die on this hill.

If we cannot even protect and deliver justice to the most precious gift we have—our innocent children—then what the hell are we even doing?

I have absolutely zero forgiveness for another who deliberately harms a child. Not to mention a selfish bitch who methodically killed her young children.

frick her and frick forgiveness.

Seeing a few things about this case prior to the trial starting I was giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she had a total break and it was tragic but maybe she wasn't legally liable. After getting all of the facts of the case, this woman should get the death penalty.

Another hour to give these lazy bums a lunch break before we can hear the results of the emergency stay petition. Seriously **** the state of Massachusetts. Will probably become the "tourist" murder capital of America as you can just about get away with anything here given the ridiculous law that the prosecution has to prove the defendant wasn't insane.

Callan Clancy was only 8 months old.

On January 24, 2023, his mother strangled him and his two siblings with exercise bands. Cora, 5, and Dawson, 3, died that night.

But Callan survived long enough to be taken to the hospital.

He arrived at the Plymouth ER in cardiac arrest. Doctors fought to save him. They gave him epinephrine, restarted his heart, intubated him, continued CPR, and flew him to Boston Children’s Hospital.

His heart was beating, but his brain had suffered catastrophic damage.

His Glasgow Coma Scale score remained a 3, the lowest possible score. His pupils were fixed and dilated. There was massive swelling in his brain from oxygen deprivation. Ligature marks remained around his neck.

Doctors performed the brain death protocol twice, 24 hours apart.

Callan never breathed on his own.

He never responded.

On January 27, after his father was consulted, life support was withdrawn. Callan was pronounced dead at 11:18 a.m.

His heart continued beating for three days.

His brain never recovered.

Callan was 8 months old.

That is why there was a third murder charge.

Three days on machines. Three days while doctors fought for a baby who never got another chance.

If 11 out of 12 people are convinced there’s reasonable doubt, there’s reasonable doubt.
