Christmas bonuses or gifts
Nothing but a shitty holiday party during the day on a Friday. Could be worse though, when I worked at LSU I didn't even get that

If you get any kind of gift or bonus, consider yourself blessed. Not everyone gets them.
Our CEO gives gifts and bonuses to his staff, but that doesn't go down any lower.
I'm a vice president of my company, and I get nothing.

I get 1 months salary. Uncle Sam loves my next paycheck.

We get gifts...this year we got pour over kettles without the actual pour over kit. So basically a plug-in kettle.
Still hoping for the sporks to match the knives we got a few years ago.

I don’t get my 25% until March. Poor me! Bad!

I’m supposed to be getting 7% of salary this upcoming paycheck.
The company also does gifts but it’s usually some type of company jacket or pullover.

Our company also does a huge party and we get week off between Christmas and New Year. Bonuses come the end of February.

The reason I asked this question was because it has me thinking how much companies have changed over the years. Eleven years ago I received the last bonus given out in the amount of $2000.00. I remember my dad worked for Grey Wolf drilling company 36 years ago getting a $500.00 bonus and his 10 year service award was a Remington 1100 20 gauge shotgun, which he gave to me.

A $25 Butterball turkey gift certificate and a small profit-sharing check. Very small.

Gifts at the party. Find out bonus amount but doesn’t hit the paycheck until late January early February.

We typically give bonuses every year. We base it off total hours worked and "productive hours" compared to "shop hours"
We also give the week off between Christmas and New years. We are slow, so the company saves money. Employees don't complain because the "bonus" is like getting paid that week.

Used to be anywhere from 2500-3000
Will be lucky if we get 250.00 this year
Not expecting much for year end bonus either
It sucks

I get performance bonuses that have ranged from 20-300% of my salary in summer and at Christmas.

I get 60% of my salary but it doesn't come until March. I do however receive a nice dividend check every year from some family land that has a commercial lease tied to it.

Zero bonuses, zero gifts, but we get a Christmas party where we have to bring our own food, so that has to count for something.

Damn, that's low rent.

Are these bonuses - like variable compensation - or are they standard every year.
Some of the figures thrown around in the thread sound like they're baked into your salary and not a true "bonus".
