Does your company give anything to you? If so what do you get? I work for the worlds largest oil company and we don’t get anything. Im not complaining, just curious about what others maybe receiving this year.

We get an annual bonus at Thanksgiving time. Mine is 5% of my salary. My wife gets 20% of her salary...
