I think it's about $150 pre-tax. I don't even notice it on my paycheck.

The March payout is for IRS purposes.

Usually I get a pat on the back. Last year the company hit a rough patch and they said they couldn't give out pats this year.

Bonus in March or April time frame, typically 13% of salary. May be in the running preferred stocks this year too
