The only one of these issues I've ever had is #3, but the delay was only about 3 seconds rather than a minute +. If you set the sensitivity high enough, it's a non-issue. Never had to refresh any...

I use Demon WP and it works great. Spray weep holes, windows, door frames, edge under soffits, ac unit, utility entry points, etc. I also spray it randomly in the attic and in some corners in the house. Takes about an hour or two to dry, then it's safe Generally kills on contact up to 3 months ...

Won a custom 3-jet crawfish cooker from ESPN Radio in BR. I use it every year. Only catch is that if you really want to use it to the full capability, you have to buy a regulator that can handle up to 60PSI. 30PSI regulator will work, but it takes a while...
